Learning route 1
Students in Route 1 are divided into two outflow profiles.
Each outflow profile has its own learning line. Each learning line contains:
- Outline of the curriculum and class schedule
- Didactic approach
- Examples, features and insights into lessons
- Targets NT2 (levels ERK/CEF).
Outflow (supported) employment, integration
By means of career coaching (through various types of activities such as orientation on different professional directions, open days, internships, excursions) we work towards a concrete future perspective for the student. Here it is important to let the students experience as much as possible in practice in order to let the student come to a realistic choice. The educational program consists of two phases:
- In the first phase much NT2 is linked to practical and recognizable content that the student can immediately
use, in everyday life and at school. - The second phase NT2, linked, among other things, to the practical situations to which the student is going to graduate, Dutch society and labor market, job training.
Outflow practical education, vso
Students prepare for entry into practical education (and sometimes vso). The school must provide a safe place for these students, where there is both attention to safety and structure and consideration of the student's level, as well as sufficient challenge and stimulating activities in which the teacher does not take the student's learning out of his or her hands. The curriculum consists of two phases:
- In the first phase much NT2 is linked to practical and concrete content, so that the learner can
can immediately apply what he learns in practice (transfer). - In the second stage NT2, among other things linked to the practical situations to which the student is going to graduate with a focus on social and practical skills.
